FREE UPS Ground Shipping on All Orders over $300.00
All in stock items are usually shipped the Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays) provided that the orders are placed before 2 pm EST, or 3 pm for expedited orders (Priority Mail 3 Business Day ) can usually be shipped the same business day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.

All orders are shipped from our New Jersey facility at a flat rate base on weight


Next Day and Priority Mail Continental US Delivery
For even faster service, we offer Two Days and Priority Mail Service (shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday) to home or business addresses (express service not available for PO boxes). For express mail (Next Day) rates, please call 732-317-3300. Note: some oversized products may require additional shipping charges in which you well be notified before shipping.

Sorry, we cannot guarantee USPS Priority 3 Business Day shipping. Only USPS Next Business Day is guaranteed.


International Orders
Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees, if applicable.



Back-Ordered Items
If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. Once restocked, your order will be shipped to you via USPS Standard Delivery at no additional charge. However, for faster delivery we will expedite your back-ordered product for an additional shipping charge (please call 732-317-3300 to arrange expedited shipping).

For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If you would prefer to split the shipments, please email and request partial shipping and we will process the products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges will apply for each shipment.

Special Order Items
Specially-ordered items are not stocked in our warehouse but can usually be shipped within 3 Days. Special-ordered products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, nor are they refundable.
